CREEP

1 - World renowned DJ Lauren Flax has unveiled her new project with co-conspirator Lauren Dillard, the haunting new duo Creep. Flax is a veteran house DJ (and Fischerspooner’s tour DJ), and they listen to “a lot of classic house and old freestyle stuff,” Dillard says. But their sound skews pop. They’re very influenced by house and the UK bass scene, but at the same time their music is quite dreamy. Creep is a new project, and they’re still working on tracks, but have attracted some notable guest vocalists already, including Romy Madley Croft from the xx.

CREEP (FORT WAYNE, IN) formed in a dark, damp basement in February of 2003. The band emerged from their foggy onstage cemetery publicly October 31st, 2003 now hailed as "CREEP-O-WEEN"
These five skeletal figures take an aggressive, hard-lined, metallic approach to today's problems, frustrations and lifes issues.

Although having many diverse influences founders Brett [vocals] and his axe wielding brother jR have still managed to develop an original sound and style of their own regardless of what is going on in the mainstream. The band has recently released their debut compact disk "Struggle Within" and are preparing to tour the CD this summer. Brett and jR composed the title track for the movie "The Spell Of Thirteen" which is now available.

THE BANDS GOALS:
CREEP (FORT WAYNE, IN) is looking to make lasting business relationships. To continually expand their self-made stage, staying true to the vision they have for the band and expand the Creep-Corps[e] fan base. Most importantly, "to stay true to the Creeps and Creepettes we meet along the way."
Currently the band is recording the follow up to their debut CD "Stuggle Within".
