RedLine Milwaukee's annual fashion show, "Fusion" will again feature RePurposed Runway Fashion Design Competition. Up-and-coming fashion designers will showcase their fashion-forward garments made out of recycled or repurposed items and compete for “Best in Show” in the RePurposed Runway Design Competition.  The traditional fashion will feature women’s clothing of Bruce Paul Goodman as well as clothes of several men’s clothing stores. Hors d'oeuvres, dessert and cash bar available.

It’s hard to miss and it scares a lot of us…gas prices are the talk of the nation right now. Gas is now selling for more than $4 a gallon in the Milwaukee area and the highest prices are at $4.15.

Hand-selected from the collections of the Milwaukee Public Library, this exhibition features paintings, prints, photos and ephemera from Great Lakes boats of the 19th and 20th centuries. Works by such artists as Edmund Lewandowski, Robert von Neumann, and Fritz Gerlach are featured alongside photos and effects from Great Lakers like the W.E. Fitzgerald, Edmund Fitzgerald, Christopher Columbus and Meteor, among others. Boat models and ‘Working Boats’ slideshows are also included in this unique display, which is presented by the Wisconsin Marine Historical Society.
