In their first week back from a winter recess, the 4th Street Forum returns with one of their liveliest discussions yet. The discussion centered around the idea of whether we need an Economic Bill of Rights given the recent economic woes we've experienced, frequently branching out into deeper political and economic ideas.

Incidentally, this conversation compliments our recently completed Meet The Need campaign, where we engaged in a thorough explanations of basic and human needs.
