Many if not most states are expected to tell the federal government today if they are willing to carry out a key part of President Obama's health care overhaul. The big issue is the creation of new health insurance markets, where millions of middle-class households and small businesses could shop for private coverage. Most of these customers will be eligible for government subsidies to help pay premiums. To find out more about this health law and where your state stands, click the link here.

As reported by the Milwaukee Business Journal, Pizza Man announced its plans to lease a property in Milwaukee and reopen it's doors. It's also been reported that a building on North Downer Avenue and East Belleview Place, formerly known as the restaurant Lixx,  will announce a new restaurant moving into that space on Monday at a meeting of the Milwaukee Historic Preservation Commission.

The fine is the largest criminal payment in U.S. history. BP still faces even bigger penalties from federal civil charges, including those under the Clean Water Act.
