150 property owners have filed a lawsuit against the West Shore Pipe Line Company, following the massive gasoline spill this summer in Washington County. The homeowners are asking for compensation for their losses and want to establish a medical monitoring fund to provide access to early cancer screening.      

Sanford and Angie D'Amato announced yesterday they are selling their iconic restaurant "Sanford" to their chef de cuisine, Justin Aprahamian. The restaurant will continue to serve "modern ethnic" cuizine. The D'Amatos will stay involved as consultants.

As the Wisconsin Badgers head to the Rose Bowl for the third year, the Better Business Bureau is urging fans to watch out for ticket scams. The biggest tip? If you are buying tickets on eBay, and you have to leave the website to finish your transaction, you won't quality for protection offered by the site.

In Music news, after months of rumors, Fleetwood Mac announced their plans for an extensive world tour, starting in Columbus, OH on April 4th. They have a few new songs they will play, but most of their set will consist of their classic songs.
