Listen: We begin the third week of Meet The Need, Day 22 of 50, with the Cream City Foundation! They are a community based foundation, focused on funding lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender (LGBT) programs and organizations working towards social change in southeastern Wisconsin. Take a minute and learn more about their philosophy and history.

Maria Cadenas, Executive Director of the Cream City Foundation brings us inside the vital work they're doing in the community:

-The Cream City Foundation has recently devoted a significant amount of resources to the issue of teen homelessness in our community. Hear how they've attacked the problem:
