When you put on that white coat, you know you’re on your way.
I recently explored MATC’s Culinary Arts 101 Class led by Chef Brian Moran. I went to the second week of class where MATC’s Hotel/Hospitality students put on their white coats for the very first time, got a set of knives/cooking utensils, cut their very first onions, and talked about the world of culinary arts.
