BRING A FRIEND AND JOIN US FOR A SPECIAL ONE NIGHT PERFORMANCE

Dylan and Lawton will be playing two pieces written by Lawton called "Binary Etudes", the duo will be performing them with live video projections.
This performance will dig deeper into the elusive idea of "nostalgia", which Lawton also explored in the installation Cyclic Histories (for M.L.) and the album Spirits of the Age, two works (in two very different media) created specifically for Sensorium.

Dylan frequently performs in collaboration with dancers, painters, and performance artists. Further, he is a musician who seeks to exploit new technology in performance. He is an accomplished programmer in Max/MSP and has designed his own midi triggers and other interactive devices to electronically manipulate sound, live in concert.
