How did JPB form?
Jake's mother was murdered in the 90's and her case had NOT been closed or solved. He wrote the song "Hollow" and set out to share his story with the world as a singer/songwriter. After college Jake connected with an old friend and guitar player, Chad Layton. They started jamming together and Jake's cousin, Johnny G jumped into the jam with his keyboard. One day Jake entered a print company to get merch printed and he noticed the guy behind the desk had a bass guitar in his office. "A chill ran down my spine," Jake said, "I knew I was exactly where I was meant to be at exactly the right moment in time." Dan, or "DanK," was in the band. What about the drummer? ...just ask one of the guys at the show...
