More than 90 heads of state are on their way to South Africa to attend Nelson Mandela's memorial service.  President Barack Obama will be joined by former presidents Jimmy Carter, George W. Bush and Bill Clinton along with more than two dozen U.S. lawmakers. This will be the largest gathering of world leaders in Africa's history.

For the first time this winter, the City of Milwaukee has put the 4-inch parking rule into effect as of 8pm Sunday night. Milwaukee is clearing streets after snowfall of up to half a foot led to hundreds of crashes in Southeastern Wisconsin with dozens of cars involved in pileups. Three people died in those crashes.

The YWCA of Southeast Wisconsin launched the new "Ways to Work" program for low-to-moderate-income residents in Milwaukee in need of reliable transportation to work. Ways to Work offers families access to low-cost loans to purchase or repair a pre-owned vehicle needed to make job demands while raising children. Info found here.
