Newark Mayor Cory Booker opened City Hall at midnight Monday to perform marriages for same-sex couples as New Jersey become the 14th state in the nation to legalize gay marriage. The marriages took place after New Jersey's Supreme Court ruled on Friday against a request by Republican Governor Chris Christie to freeze a lower court ruling in favor of gay marriage.

President Barack Obama will address the nation today to talk about the website glitches that have plagued the application process when the Affordable Care Act exchanges opened up earlier this month. The President will discuss steps his administration has taken to fix the technical problems. Nearly 500,000 people have filled out applications for Obamacare.

As reported by the Milwaukee Business Journal: ZBB Energy Corp in Menomonee Falls could be delisted from the New York Stock Exchange. Exchange officials think the company's financial position has deteriorated to the point that it might not be able to continue operations or meet its obligations. ZBB is a developer of advanced, large-scale energy storage and power electronic systems for renewable energy applications.
