The Milwaukee Journal Sentinel is launching a new mobile site for smartphones for Green Bay Packers fans. The "Green Bay Football" app will provide news and analysis from MJS reporters, live coverage during games, podcasts, photo galleries, videos and access to NFL statistics and schedules.

Milwaukee Brewers leftfielder Ryan Braun agreed to accept a season-ending suspension yesterday for violating the Major League Baseball drug program. Braun is sitting out the remaining 65 games of the 2013 season without pay as punishment for evidence uncovered against him in the investigation of the scandal-plagued Biogenesis clinic in Florida.

Three Bridges Park in Milwaukee's Menomonee Valley had their official opening on Saturday. The 24-acre park is a former railroad yard located between South 35th and North 27th streets at the north end of the Menomonee Valley. The park, which cost $9.3 million to build, is among $25 million in environmental projects in the valley.
