This week on the Seven o'Clock Sample, we are exploring samples sued by Justice.  Thier debut album was full of odd, and even spooky, samples.  Their 2011 album AUDIO, VIDEO, DISCO was void of many samples.  It however does have some direct inspriation.  While reading the liner notes on this album, I caught this...

"The David Crosby hommage (on the song) Ohio once again proves that 'les boys' and I are on the same page.  My love for folk depressive music is kind of recent.  Tweaking it with Justice skills, and here is certainly my favorite song on this album."

- Pedro Winter ( Justice Manager )

Here is that David Crosby track...

Listen to how Justice re-worked that vocal meldoy into the song "Ohio".
